The Washington County Free Library invites you to our Summer Film Series, "Memoirs On-Screen". Each week throughout the summer, we'll be showing a different film based on a popular memoir. Reading the book is encouraged, but not required!
This week's film is "Catch Me If You Can", starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks, based on the memoir by Frank Abagnale Jr. A teenage con artist forges millions of dollars of checks while posing as an airline pilot, a doctor and a lawyer. Along the way, he's doggedly pursued by an FBI agent in a cat-and-mouse game that spans years.
This film is rated PG-13 for some sexual content and brief language. Registration is not required. Water and light refreshments will be provided.
