Event Details

Washington County Free Library welcomes you to the Fletcher Film Series. Each month, we bring you films based around a central theme. May is "Lokahi" (Hawaiian for "unity") in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.

Note: The film series is intended for older teens and adults. Children under the age of 17 should be accompanied by an adult.

No registration required. Water and light refreshments will be served.

Our final film of the month is the 2022 Academy Award Best Picture winner "Everything Everywhere All at Once". For middle-aged Chinese immigrant Evelyn Wang, things are falling apart. Her laundromat is on the brink of failure, her marriage is on the rocks - and to top it off, she's being audited by the IRS. But when an interdimensional rupture suddenly unravels reality, Evelyn becomes the unlikely hero of the multiverse and must save existence by exploring other universes and connecting with the lives she could have led.

Starring: Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, and Jamie Lee Curtis

Run Time: 2 hours and 19 minutes

Rated R for some violence, sexual material, and language
