The Washington County Free Library invites you to the Fletcher Film Series, where each month's films are based around a different theme. November's theme is "Wild Wild West", so grab your cowboy hats, saddle up your horses, and enjoy our selection of classic and contemporary Westerns!

Note: The film series is intended for older teens and adults. Child under the age of 17 should be accompanied by an adult.

This week's film is the 1960 classic, "The Magnificent Seven". A Mexican village is at the mercy of Calvera, the leader of a band of outlaws. The townspeople, too afraid to fight for themselves, hire seven American gunslingers to free them from the bandits' raids. The gunslingers teach the townspeople how to fight back, and then plan a trap for Calvera and his men.

Starring: Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, Charles Bronson, and Eli Wallach

This film is not rated, but there are moments of violence and language throughout
