During the month of July, the Children's Department at the Hagerstown library is offering take and make Pre-School Craft kits. A different craft kit will be available each week for children ages 3-5. The third week is Music Week.&
Read books, sing songs, make friends, and have fun at the library! For ages 18-36 months. Pre-registration with the Youth Services Department is required. Online registration is not enabled. Current session runs May-July.
