Science in the Library (SMI)

Children entering grades 2-6 are welcome to join the Washington County libraries to explore the MAGICAL world of oceans.  They will "dive in" and participate in fun, hands-on science activities and lessons dealing with salinity and water density, ocean layers and some ocean creatures.  We will be immersed in the ocean environments and all the curious topics about the underwater world.  Please sign up on the first day of this two day event or call the library at 301-824-7722.  Please bring the signed liability form to the first session.
