Program Description
Event Details
Children entering grades 2-6 are welcome to join the Washington County libraries to explore the MAGICAL world of oceans. We will "dive in" and participate in fun, hands-on science activities and lessons dealing with salinity and water density, ocean layers and some ocean creatures. We will be immersed in the ocean environments and all the curious topics about the underwater world.
Registration with the Children's Department is required and will begin on May 16th. Please note that a minimum of five children must be registered in order for the class to be held.
