Special Storytime Around Town at the Hagerstown City Park Train Hub.
 
Storytime with Williamsport and Hagerstown Libraries. Demonstrations dressed up in period clothing offering demonstrations (like what it was like to buy a train ticket and ringing the bell on Locomotive 202) and read stories.
