Join us for the FitMinded Yoga Class program brought to you by Power House Studios at your local library. This inclusive program offers attendees the chance to participate in a yoga class suitable for all levels of experience. Yoga mats and all necessary resources will be provided at each session.
Throughout the program, participants will receive guidance on simple and enjoyable ways to Eat, Move, and Believe for their overall well-being. A dedicated Power House Studios instructor will lead each class, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for all.
After the program ends, attendees are encouraged to continue their FitMinded journey by returning to future program days at the library. Additionally, they are invited to explore further by joining us at our Mulberry Lofts studio location for complimentary classes held on Mondays at 6:30 pm and Fridays at 4:30 pm.
