Community Room 1 -308 is available Monday – Saturday when the library is opened. Max Room capacity of 98 is Standing Room Only. Maximum capacity with 8 tables and chairs is 48. 9 rectangle tables are also available for this room.

Room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance and is limited to 2 times per month.

Cancellation Policy:  A 24 hour cancellation notice prior to meeting is preferred. Refunds or rescheduled meetings are granted if:

1) The Library is closed due to weather.  (A refund will granted or the meeting can be rescheduled)
2) If the patron cancels because of weather and the library is open.  (No refund will be given but the meeting can be rescheduled without charge)
3) If patron cancels the meeting.  (There is no refund, but the meeting can be rescheduled)

Will you be serving food or drinks at your event?
Food or Drink RequirementsLight refreshments may be served if requested on the application. Food served in the room must be kept in the room. No alcoholic beverages may be served.
