Community Room 1 - 308 is a Public Meeting Room. There is a fee for using this room, $20 for up to 4 hours for Non-Profit Groups and $100 for For-Profit Groups. $30 for 4-8 hours for Non-Profit Groups and $200 for For-Profit Groups. No meeting room fee will be charged to exempt groups defined in the Hagerstown Meeting Room Guidelines policy.
Equipment
Community Room 1 - 308 includes a 70” flat screen wall mounted TV. HDMI connections to the TV are provided in the small cabinet in the room.
Seating
Default seating for this room is a banquet style which includes 8 round tables and 48 chairs. If you choose a room setup layout when making your reservation, the library will handle the set up and tear down of the furniture; if you choose to set the room up yourself, you will need to return all tables and chairs to the default banquet setting before leaving.
