Reserving this Room

Community Room 2 -309 is available Monday – Saturday when the library is opened. Max Room capacity of 98 is Standing Room Only. Maximum capacity with 8 tables and chairs is 48. Due to staffing, Kitchenette Access is not permitted on Saturdays.

Room may be reserved up to 6 months in advance and is limited to 2 times per month. Kitchenette available Monday - Friday 10am – 4pm; light refreshments only after 4pm.  No Kitchenette access on Saturdays. Food served in the room must be kept in the room.

Cancellation Policy:  A 24 hour cancellation notice prior to meeting is preferred. Refunds or rescheduled meetings are granted if:

1) The Library is closed due to weather.  (A refund will granted or the meeting can be rescheduled)
2) If the patron cancels because of weather and the library is open.  (No refund will be given but the meeting can be rescheduled without charge)
3) If patron cancels the meeting.  (There is no refund, but the meeting can be rescheduled)
