Equipment
Community Room 2 - 309 includes a 70” flat screen wall mounted TV. HDMI connections to the TV are provided in the small cabinet in the room. A podium with mounted microphone and/or wireless microphone is available. A mounted projector and screen is also available with a Windows computer. Any PowerPoint presentations must be on a thumb drive. Access to the kitchenette is available for this room which includes a sink, mini refrigerator and microwave. Due to staffing, the kitchenette is NOT available for use on Saturdays. Food served in the room must be kept in the room.
Seating
Default seating for this room is a banquet style which includes 8 round tables and 48 chairs. If you choose a room setup layout when making your reservation, the library will handle the set up and tear down of the furniture; if you choose to set the room up yourself, you will need to return all tables and chairs to the default banquet setting before leaving. 10 rectangle tables are also available for this room.
