This program teaches how dementia affects communication, including tips for communicating well with family, friends and health care professionals.

There are several aspects of grief on a dementia care journey.  There's grief associated with a living death, i.e. the loss of the person you Loved One used to be. The grief associated with loss of an expected way of life.

The library is hosting game night.  Board games are available.  Ages 12 and up please. Registering will give us an idea of how many people to prep for.  Bring your favorite board game.
