All levels yoga class with no  dog pose!

This sample class is especially for adults in their 50’s and 60’s or anyone wanting a slower paced, mindful class.  Don’t like down dog? No problem! Class will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Mats provided, or bring your own.  Please fill out new student form when you register.

Diana Woodall has been a student of yoga since 1985 and a teacher since 1990.  She has studied extensively in the Iyengar yoga tradition in which poses are clearly explained,  making for a safe and effective practice. She also recently attended a 5-day Yoga for Seniors Teacher Training at Kripalu yoga center in MA.
