Come to the library and learn how to transform an ordinary glass bottle into a work of art!  Learn glass tinting: jute twine wrapping; sea glass charm making; and seashell bouquet decorating techniques.  All materials provided.  Register early online or call 240-824-7722.  Space is limited.
