Want to talk films? Reel Talk is our film discussion program - each month, we meet to talk about a different movie, discussing the process behind making it and its different themes.

Our film this month will be the 2006 fantasy film "Pan's Labyrinth". We will talk about director Guillermo del Toro's visual style, as well as his use of fantasy to explore the brutality and realism of war.

The film is available on DVD for checkout with your Washington County Free Library card. Note: this film is in Spanish with English subtitles. Attendees are asked to view the film ahead of time; a brief synopsis will be provided at the program if you are unable.
