Join us for the monthly book club discussion.  The club currently meets in the library Community Room.  For the month of March the club will be reading Small Mercies by Dennis Lahane.

The library is hosting game night.  Board games are available.  Ages 12 and up please. Registering will give us an idea of how many people to prep for.  Bring your favorite board game.

Geiser Way in the Whispering Hills neighborhood of Smithsburg, is named after Peter Geiser, the inventor of the first practical machine for thrashing grain, who was born here.

"Egg"-splore the science of embryology, from how eggs are formed, to how chicks develop and hatch.  Learn about how chickens are raised, including purpose and use, chicken nutrition, and careers within the poultry industry.

Join us for a showing of The Fantastic 4: First Steps (2025).  This movie is rated PG-13.  It will be shown in the community room and light refreshments will be served.
