Event Details

"Egg"-splore the science of embryology, from how eggs are formed, to how chicks develop and hatch.  Learn about how chickens are raised, including purpose and use, chicken nutrition, and careers within the poultry industry.  Jennifer Burger from the University of Maryland Extension will present this program and then set up an incubator for the chicks to be hatched at the library.  For ages 6 - 12. Please register.
