All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. We will reopen at our normal hours on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Friday, June 19, 2026 in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. We will reopen at our normal hours on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 and Saturday, July 4, 2026 (Administrative Closing) in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of the Labor Day holiday. We will reopen at our normal hours on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Monday, October 12, 2026 in observance of the Indigenous Peoples' Day holiday. We will reopen at our normal hours on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Wednesday, November 11th in observance of the Veteran's Day holiday.  We will reopen at our normal hours on Tuesday, November 12, 2026.

The Washington County Free Library and its Branches will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. We will re-open at our regular time on Saturday.

All branches of the Washington County Free Library are closed on Thursday, December 24th and Friday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will reopen at our normal hours on Saturday, December 26, 2025.
