Tuesday Workshops from 5:30-6:30 pm:

  • May 6th: Rest Easy: Sleep Solutions for Babies 4-24 months
    Struggling with sleepless nights and unpredictable naps? This workshop covers essential sleep strategies for babies 4-24 months, including sleep environment, bedtime routines, night feedings, awake times, and naps. Gain the tools and confidence to help your little one sleep better—so the whole family can rest easier!

     

  • May 13th: Baby’s First Bites: Everything You Need to Know About Starting Solids
    Curious about when and how to start solids? This workshop covers everything you need to know, from recognizing readiness signs to choosing between purees and baby-led weaning. Learn about responsive feeding, key nutrients, allergens, and the difference between gagging and choking—so you can confidently introduce solids and set the stage for a lifetime of healthy eating!

     

  • May 20th: Life-Saving Basics: CPR, Choking Relief & AED for Infants, Kids & Adults
    Description: Would you know what to do in a choking or cardiac emergency? This hands-on workshop equips parents and caregivers with the life-saving skills needed for infants, children, and adults. Learn CPR, choking relief, and how to use an AED so you can act quickly and confidently in any emergency.

     

  • May 27th: Potty-Ready: 9 Signs It’s Time for Toilet Learning
    Not sure if your child is ready for toilet learning? This workshop covers the 9 key signs of readiness, how to prepare for the transition, and what to expect along the way. We’ll also discuss common potty-training concerns, so you can approach this milestone with confidence!
