Finally! The downtown branch of the WCFL is starting a Manga/Anime club!  Join us Tuesday mornings throughout the summer to watch, read, discuss, and learn more about Manga and Anime.  Whether you are a seasoned fan or a new one, join us as we celebrate the genre teens are excited about.
