The Lost History of Christopher Smith.  Learn how the town of Smithsburg came into existence, and recently discovered facts about his life, including his failed business ventures, as well as the remarkable story of his lost dwelling, which disappeared from the town square over 100 years ago, but which has recently been rediscovered in an unexpected location.  Presented by Jefferson Boyer from the Smithsburg Historical Society, and Andrew Krieger, owner of the Christopher Smith house.  Approximately 30 minutes in length.
