Friends of the Library Interest Meeting

Every library needs Friends!

Friends groups are organizations for people who love their public library and want to offer support for the library's mission! These groups fundraise to support programming, volunteer at events, and advocate on behalf of libraries in the community. Across America, Friends of the Library groups are making a big different behind the scenes to help ensure their public libraries are strong, relevant, and well funded. 

The Friends of Washington County Free Library is starting an exciting new chapter in the organization's history. The torch is being passed to a new generation of library lovers and we want you to be a part of the Friends' future! This is a great opportunity to learn more about Washington County Free Library, meet other library supporters, get involved in the community, and collaborate.

This meeting will be an introduction for anyone excited to learn more about the Friends, a chance for existing members to touch base, and an exciting brainstorming session for everyone to look ahead toward the future together!
