Washington County Free Library welcomes you to the Fletcher Film Series. Each month, we bring you films based around a central theme. June is "Love is Love" in honor of Pride Month.

Note: The film series is intended for older teens and adults. Children under the age of 17 should be accompanied by an adult. 

No registration required. Water and light refreshments will be served.


Our first film this month is the 2016 Best Picture winner "Moonlight". It follows Chiron, a young gay black man, at three different points in his life - childhood, adolescence, and adulthood - as he struggles with his identity and sexuality growing up in a dangerous Miami neighborhood.

Starring: Mahershala Ali, Naomie Harris, and Janelle Monae

Run Time: 1 hour and 51 minutes

Rated R for some sexuality, drug use, brief violence, and language throughout
