Program Description

Event Details

DNA can be a valuable tool to answering a number of genealogical questions, but if you don't plan your research, you may find yourself lost in all the data and repeating research.  In this presentation, we will discuss why to use DNA as part of your research, how to structure an organized DNA research plan, how to ask the right questions to guide the plan, how to formulate hypotheses, and how to keep track of the information gathered.  In the second part of the session, a case study will be presented showing how a genealogical brick wall was broken following a DNA research plan.  Please register online.
