Washington County Free Library believes that access to technology is one key to achieving economic freedom and accessing important educational activities. 

In an effort to close the digital divide and increase digital literacy in Washington County, through a grant provided by Washington County government via the Maryland State Department of Housing and Community Development, WCFL is the primary distributor of no-cost Chromebooks for Washington County households. 

Hancock Veterans Memorial Branch Library's Distribution event will be held on March 9. Please call the library at 301-678-5300 to schedule an appointment.
