Here's a great craft for a hot summer day! Create a little popsicle stick boat that really floats! This easy-to-do craft is for our younger patrons up to age 10. Kits can be sent to any branch for pick-up. Kits are limited, so register soon! ONE KIT PER REGISTRATION. Each participant should be registered separately.
