Afterschool Universe is a 10-week interactive astronomy program designed to take middle school students (ages 9-13) on a journey through the universe beyond the solar system.
Stars are found in clusters known as galaxies. You may know that our galaxy is called the Milky Way, but what other galaxies are out there? What are the kinds of galaxies can be found in the universe, and how far away are they?
