The Washington County Free Library welcomes guest speaker Amna Malik for a cultural presentation about the day-to-day life of American Muslims and their faith. Amna emigrated from Pakistan to America in 2005 to study at Johns Hopkins University. She has previously given talks at public libraries in Albuquerque and central Wisconsin, and recently relocated to Western Maryland. 

Amna will talk about basic beliefs and practices, as well as common misconceptions about Islam. . Stop by for an informative and fun discussion!

No registration is required. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
