Room Reservations are limited to four times per month (one time=three hour block) per person.

2026 Meeting room rates are as follows:

  • No Charge: Library-sponsored and co-sponsored programs or government-related meetings, including Washington County government, Washington County municipalities, the State of Maryland, and the federal government, as well as elected and appointed officials at any level of government, and the Washington County Public Schools may reserve meeting rooms free of charge.
  • Nonprofit Rate: Nonprofit groups and organizations; valid tax determination letter required.
    • Up to 4 hours - $35
    • 4-8 hours: $70
  • Education Rate: Other educational organizations, such as private schools, homeschoolers and homeschool organizations, and educators offering one-on-one or family sessions.
    • Up to 4 hours - $35
    • 4-8 hours: $70
  • For-Profit Rate: Meetings and events by for-profit businesses and organizations, or any individual or group who does not fall into one of the other categories:
    • Up to 4 hours - $125
    • 4-8 hours: $250
