The Children's Department is collecting valentines for participants in the Meals on Wheels program until April 8, 2022.  We are asking you to help make the day a little brighter for those who are feeling isolated at home.

Turn a white silk scarf into your own colorful creation using bleeding tissue paper and water!  This take-and-make activity is recommended for patrons 5 and up. One kit per person.

When you visit the Smithsburg Branch in March, ask your librarian for the Library Scavenger Hunt. Play the game, win a prize, and get to know your local library inside and out!

The library is collecting Easter cards for participants in the Meals on Wheels program.  Supplies will be available upon request, or bring in your own cards from home.  No religious cards, please.
