Make a Holiday Card (SMI)

The Smithsburg Branch will collect holiday cards for the patients at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg.  You can make your won cards or sign purchased cards.  Card making supplies and cards to sign will be available at the Smithsburg Library in the reading area.
