Join us for a 30-minute virtual lesson from the kitchen for healthy ideas on what to do with canned chicken and fish with Howard County's SNAP Ed's educator, Razan Sahuri. 

The following topics will be covered in the upcoming series on 2nd Tuesdays of every month from 2:00 to 2:30 pm.

March 9th, 2021 - Canned chicken and fish

April 13th, 2021 - Canned beans

May 11th, 2021 - Rice

June 8th, 2021 - Peanut butter
