The Children's Department is collecting valentines for participants in the Meals on Wheels program until February 4, 2026. We are asking you to help make the day a little brighter for those who are feeling isolated at home.

Talks with Washington County Health Department
Lindsey from the Washington County Health Department visits before storytime to discuss children's nutrition. Including what makes up the foods in the different food groups. This event precedes Storytime .
Babies ages 6 - 18 months and their caregiver will enjoy books, fingerplays, songs, and rhymes under the guidance of a librarian. Please join us!

Tween Hangout & Advisory Board
NEW! A weekly hangout and advisory board for 9 through 12 year olds. We will eat snacks, play games, make crafts, and talk about what fun things we should do at the library. No registration necessary. Be there or be square!
Join us for a craft time just for tweens. Too old for story time, not ready for our teen programs, this event is just for you! (Age 8-12 years) Registration is preferred. All supplies will be provided.
