In honor of Youth Art Month, the Children’s Department will be sponsoring a Design a Bookmark Contest for children ages 5-12.  Official entry blanks and rules will be available at all branches, and here on the calendar as an attachment. 

Toddler Time (SMI)

Toddlers aged 18 - 36 months and their caregivers will enjoy books, songs, flannel stories and rhymes with a librarian.

Wildflowers!  Meet behind Ferry Hill Mansion , 16500 Sharpsburg Pike.  We will walk the Ferry Hill trail, which should be full of early wildflower blooms.   Stories too!  Bring a blanket to sit on at the top of the trail.
