March is Irish heritage month (cue St. Patrick’s Day!). Let’s celebrate by making the classic Irish Soda Bread, but with a twist. We will turn the regular bread into a sweet treat.
Drop in to try your hand at a new or old hobby. Each month we will try something different, incuding; yo-yoing, Rubik’s cube, string games, brain teasers, and hand puzzles. All ages are welcome.
In his presentation, Henry Recker, a freshman at Smithsburg High School, will share tales of old local schoolhouses, whether abandoned, demolished, long-forgotten, or brought back to a new life.
