This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.Adults are welcome to stop by between 11:00-12:30 PM to learn how to use Naloxone (Narcan) and learn what situations to use it, this service is provided by staff of the Washington County Health Department.

Appalachian Save a Life Day is a day to bring awareness and resources to Appalachian communities coping with opioid addiction.
Join us at Little Brick Coffee, 16613 Shepherdstown Pike, Sharpsburg, weather permitting. We will have stories while the kids enjoy a kid-size hot chocolate or tea.
Lindsay Ridenour from the Washington County Health Department will distribute Narcan, show how to use it, and explain what situations to use it in. She will also answer questions and provide other resources.
