Pick up a craft kit just in time for the 4th of July and create these festive red, white, and blue yarn globes. They can make patriotic garlands or table decorations!

During the month of July, the Children's Department at the Hagerstown library is offering take and make Pre-School Craft kits.  A different craft kit will be available each week for children ages 3-5.  The third week is Nursery
