Join us for Journaling through Art.  This 3 Part series, begins in June. We will discuss journaling

Part 1- June 17th - Immerse yourself in the world of journaling. Learn ways to make journaling  a daily habit

Part 2- July 15th - Add art you your journal, journal without words

Part 3- August 19th - Learn additional journal entry ideas and learn why it is good for your mental health.
