Mindful Meditation has been proven to help individuals better deal with stress and anxiety.  Young adults today experience unprecedented levels of anxiety, depression and social isolation.  Teens are welcome to join Ms. Bonnie and learn techniques and practices that will help them become more emotionally resilient and improve general wellness. This is will include breathing exercises, meditation techniques and mindful movement.  Those interested may also want to consider attending our Yoga class beginning an hour beforehand at 5:00 in the same room.
