Program Description

Event Details

Mindful Meditation has been proven to reduce depression, anxiety and stress, while increasing self-esteem, resiliency and mental health .  Teens are welcome to come relax and learn techniques to improve general well-being.  This class will address the unique needs of teens and young adults.  Attendees may want to consider also participating in the Yoga class which starts an hour beforehand at 5:00, but this is not mandatory.
