Joseph "Jake" Jacobs holds a doctorate in the psychology of sport from the University of Maryland, College Park. He has shared health and fitness strategies in hospitals, community organizations, colleges and universities and commerical and corporate offices.
His daily advice to all is this: Do some simple movement exercises and a series of stretches. He will provide a series of yoga positions, exercises, and stretches to help keep us fit and delay the need for a cane. A question and answer session will be available. Sign up today.
