Color Your World Art Contest (SMI)

Stop by the Smithsburg Branch during June or July to pick up a 4 x 4 canvas to paint kit.  Return the painted canvas by August 1 to enter into the art contest which will be judged by the public. This event is for all ages and a winner will be announced in the following age brackets, 0 - 10, 11- 18, 19 - adult.  You must stop by the library in person to pick up your canvas.
